By accessing and using Kerfufoo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform.
2. About Kerfufoo
Kerfufoo is an internal platform operated by WITH DIGITAL ORCHESTRATION SL. (CIF B87895165), a company registered in Spain. The platform is provided as a tool to support business operations and collaboration.
3. Eligibility and Access
Access to Kerfufoo is restricted to:
- Current employees of WITH DIGITAL ORCHESTRATION SL.
- Authorized partners and collaborators with active service contracts
By accessing this platform, you confirm that you have a valid employment or service agreement with WITH DIGITAL ORCHESTRATION SL. Your use of Kerfufoo is subject to the terms of your existing contract.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Using only your own account and not sharing access with others
5. Acceptable Use
When using Kerfufoo, you agree to:
- Use the platform only for legitimate business purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect the intellectual property rights of WITH DIGITAL ORCHESTRATION SL. and others
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Not introduce viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Not interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation

6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Kerfufoo, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and designs, are the exclusive property of WITH DIGITAL ORCHESTRATION SL. and are protected by Spanish and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Any data, documents, or materials you create or upload to Kerfufoo as part of your work are subject to the intellectual property provisions in your employment or service contract.
7. Confidentiality
Information accessed through Kerfufoo may be confidential and proprietary to WITH DIGITAL ORCHESTRATION SL. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information in accordance with your employment or service contract.
8. Service Availability
We strive to keep Kerfufoo available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Technical issues
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Kerfufoo at any time without prior notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Spanish law, WITH DIGITAL ORCHESTRATION SL. shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or technical failures
Kerfufoo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
10. Termination
Your access to Kerfufoo will automatically terminate upon the end of your employment or service contract with WITH DIGITAL ORCHESTRATION SL.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful
- Pose a security risk to the platform or organization
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Kerfufoo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated to users through appropriate channels.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of Kerfufoo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.

14. Severability
